If the Recipient Isn’t Home

We understand life can be busy. If your recipient isn’t available when we arrive, our friendly delivery drivers will:

  • Attempt to leave flowers with a neighbour and leave a note at the original address.
  • If no neighbour is available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot (weather permitting) and let both you and the recipient know where we’ve left them.
  • If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll return the flowers to our shop and arrange a convenient re-delivery time at no extra cost within our delivery zone.
